Arise Sustainable Initiative for Tinubu and Sheriff 2027: Aniocha North Chapter Inaugurates LGA Executive Committee: The Aniocha North Local Government Chapter of the Arise Sustainable Initiative for Tinubu and Sheriff 2027 has successfully inaugurated its Local Government Area (LGA) Executive Committee.

The ceremony, which took place on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Zulu Hotels in Onicha-Ugbo, was well attended by political stakeholders, community leaders, and supporters of the initiative. The gathering marked an important step in strengthening grassroots engagement and organizational structure ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The inauguration was conducted by Professor Lawrence Omo-Aghoja, Director General of the initiative. In his address, he emphasized the importance of building a strong grassroots movement capable of effectively communicating the vision and achievements of the current administrations while mobilizing support across communities. He encouraged the newly inaugurated executives to approach their responsibilities with dedication, discipline, and a strong sense of service.

Also speaking at the event, Comrade Nneka Patricia, the Women Mobilisation Leader of the group, highlighted the vital role women play in community mobilization and political participation. She urged women in Aniocha North to actively engage in the initiative and contribute meaningfully to the development of their communities.

The Convener of the Arise Sustainable Initiative for Tinubu and Sheriff 2027, Hon. Mrs. Jennifer Mine Aragbata-Etuk, sent a message from Atlanta, United States, congratulating the newly inaugurated executives and encouraging them to remain united and committed to the goals of the movement. She expressed confidence that the Aniocha North chapter would play a key role in strengthening grassroots support for the initiative.

Similarly, Chief Fidelis Tilije Okenmor, Delta State Commissioner for Finance and President of the Arise Sustainable Initiative for Tinubu and Sheriff 2027, commended the organizers and urged the executives to remain focused on community engagement and political mobilization.

The Strategy and Planning Lead of the initiative, Deacon Mosindi Osemeke Michael, also addressed the gathering, encouraging members to effectively communicate the policies and development efforts of the leadership the initiative supports.

During the ceremony, the newly inaugurated LGA Coordinator, Deaconess Ebele Sedenu, expressed gratitude to the leadership of the initiative for the confidence placed in the Aniocha North team. She assured members and supporters that the executive committee would work diligently to strengthen grassroots mobilization and promote unity within the movement.

The event also attracted notable attendees, including Ambassador Lalaa Chinwendu Aniemeke, Vice Chairman of APC Ward 2, Onicha-Ugbo; Mr. Chiedu Benye, Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State; and Hon. Mekwunye Ozuluonye Anthony, former Leader of the Aniocha North Legislative Arm.

The newly inaugurated executive committee consists of 21 members who will oversee coordination, mobilization, publicity, welfare, strategy, youth and women engagement, and other operational responsibilities within the local government chapter.

The successful inauguration of the Aniocha North executive structure marks another step in the expansion of the Arise Sustainable Initiative For Tinubu And Sheriff 2027 across Delta State as the organization continues to strengthen its presence and grassroots participation across communities.
