Prof. Lawrence Omo-Aghoja is a professor of medicine and serves on ARISE team as the Director General (DG). He harnesses his vast experience and strategic vision in the governance of Arise, always aiming to effectively represent, project and defend the best interests of the Initiative. He strives to entrench an enduring culture of visionary, purposeful, and result oriented delivery within the team. He demonstrates high level of integrity, fairness, and transparency in decision-making, while also fostering a collaborative and inclusive milieu with ease of ready access to the DG.  Prof. Omo-Aghoja is a strong mobilizer and motivator who inspires and energizes members to work towards common goals; he is a policy expert who understands policy-making processes and government structures, with the ability to navigate challenges and adjust his strategies as needed. He also has a vast array of networks and partnerships that will help build alliances to amplify the group’s impact. He has strong analytical skills directed at interrogating data and information to inform decision-making. He is a utility member of Aghalokpe ward 5 in Okpe Local Government and has a robustly pleasant relationship with members and all relevant stakeholders of his ward, where his opinions are revered.  His core roles include managing day-to-day operations of ARISE, implementing strategies approved by the leadership, supervising staff and portfolio heads, reporting progress to the governing council and advising leadership on emerging opportunities and risks. 

Research and Data Analysis Lead

Okiemute Adidi serves as the Research and Data Analysis Lead of the ARISE Sustainable Initiative for the Re-election of Tinubu and Sheriff, where he provides the strategic intelligence that powers the movement’s advocacy and engagement efforts. With a strong background in research design, data analytics, and policy evaluation, Okiemute brings years of experience in translating complex socio-political data into clear, actionable insights. Within the political party structure, he has contributed to evidence-based policy discussions, voter sentiment analysis, and performance assessments that guide campaign direction and stakeholder engagement. His expertise in collecting and analyzing data ensures that advocacy positions are grounded in facts, not assumptions. He leads the production of surveys, analytical reports, and impact assessments that strengthen messaging and provide credible backing for public communication. Okiemute’s vision for the ARISE is to build a movement driven by measurable impact, strategic clarity, and informed participation. Women Leader & Welfare Portfolio

Comrade Nneka Patricia Orah serves as the Women Leader & Welfare Coordinator for the Arise Sustainable Initiative for Tinubu and Sheriff Re-election 2027. She champions the mobilization, empowerment, and welfare of women across Delta State and Nigeria at large, ensuring that women remain a strong, visible, and influential force within the initiative. With a firm commitment to equity and community development, she promotes gender inclusion and broad-based participation at all levels. Her leadership focuses on strengthening women’s voices in advocacy, policy engagement, and grassroots organizing, while fostering unity and structured growth within the movement. Finance & Treasury Officer

Ms. Okhiria Gloria Anita is a committed political organizer and trusted financial strategist, serving as the Finance & Treasury Officer of the Arise Sustainable Initiative for Tinubu and Sheriff Re-election 2027. She brings discipline, transparency, and accountability to the financial operations that drive the movement’s grassroots and strategic engagements. In her role, Ms. Okhiria manages the initiative’s finances and budgeting processes, ensuring that resources are prudently allocated to support campaign activities and organizational growth. She maintains clear, transparent, and verifiable financial records, reinforcing trust among party stakeholders, supporters, and partners. Her oversight ensures that funds are utilized strictly in alignment with the vision and objectives of the re-election project. Ms. Okhiria is also responsible for preparing financial reports and coordinating audits, ensuring full compliance with established financial standards and best practices. Her work strengthens internal controls and promotes responsible financial governance within the initiative. He provides the strategic direction that guides the initiative’s activities across Delta State and Nigeria at large. With a strong background in political strategy and grassroots mobilization, he brings practical insight into campaign planning, stakeholder coordination, and structured execution. His experience at both local and state levels positions him to design strategies that are realistic, measurable, and impactful. Core Responsibilities: • Develops short- and long-term advocacy strategies • Sets clear goals, timelines, and performance benchmarks • Conducts political and environmental analysis • Coordinates implementation across portfolios and LGAs • Monitors progress and refines strategy where necessary He envisions a disciplined, grassroots-driven movement built on unity, data-informed decisions, and sustainable structures that extend beyond the 2027 elections. Amb. Mrs. Patricia Obi-Abu, popularly known as Tricia is from Ndokwa West and Isoko North Local Government Areas Of Delta state. She is the CEO of Patreva International Limited. Member UN Women UK Community. She is an advocate, media personality, women empowerment champion, and development communicator with a passion for creating sustainable opportunities for girls and women. She has worked across media, community engagements, and NGO ecosystems to advance gender equity, rural inclusion, and women's economic empowerment. Through strategic storytelling, public speaking, and grassroots mobilization, she continues to lead campaigns that reshape narratives and unlock opportunities for Delta women at home and abroad. She's a philanthropist and has worked closely behind the scenes for years to ensure peace, growth and unity amongst deltans with her heart of love and support. With the responsibility to Recruits and retains members Maintains membership records, Manages internal communications and welfare, her vision is to foster a vibrant, engaged community by implementing data-driven recruitment, personalized retention strategies, and seamless internal communication. She will maintain accurate, secure records, while championing member welfare to ensure high satisfaction, active participation, and a strong, supportive organizational culture for Arise initiative. She will also ensure a strong vision to recruit and retain members, centers on creating an inclusive, purpose-driven atmosphere where individuals feel valued, supported, and connected to a larger mission. By fostering authentic relationships, providing opportunities for growth, and utilizing targeted communication, to build loyalty and foster long-term engagement. He brings decades of leadership experience that combines legal expertise, community engagement, and grassroots political understanding across both the United States and Nigeria. As a respected attorney and community leader from Ndokwa West LGA of Delta State, but based in Georgia, United States, Barrister Oluku has built a strong reputation for public service, advocacy, and civic engagement, all in Nigeria and the United States. Through years of professional and community involvement, he has developed a deep understanding of governance, policy, and the social dynamics that shape political participation within diaspora communities and at the grassroots level in his Local Government Area. His experience as a legal practitioner and community organizer equips him with the ability to analyze complex policy issues and translate them into practical strategies that support political development and responsible leadership. Barrister Oluku is a proud son of Ward 9 in Ndokwa West LGA of Delta State, Nigeria, where his roots and enduring connection to the people continue to guide his commitment to political advancement and sustainable development. His dual perspective as a Delta State indigene and a United States resident allows him to contribute valuable global insight to local political strategy, strengthening bridges between diaspora engagement and grassroots political mobilization. A graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law with a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Ibadan, Barrister Oluku has built a distinguished professional career as a practicing attorney licensed in multiple jurisdictions, including Georgia and Florida. His legal background strengthens his capacity for policy analysis, legislative review, and evidence-based recommendations that support responsible governance and effective political advocacy. Deputy women leader and women mobilzer

Chief Barr Brenda O. Itebu is the Deputy women leader and women mobilzer for the Arise Sustainable initiative for Tinubu and Sherif Re election 2027. She is responsible for the grassroots women mobilisation and organising workshops and sensitisation of the rural women on what Arise is out for and also to enlighten them on the re-election of our principal. As assistant women leather she is to assist the woman to organise rallies,town Hall's and advocacy actions, also to build and manage local chapters, she is also to train volunteers community leaders, she is also to liaises with community groups and stakeholders , she is also to.gath ers feed. from grassroots. members and also to ensure community concerns shape advocacy goals .
